1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and baj9 ("baj9", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the baj9 website and all associated gaming services, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any promotional features offered on the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on baj9, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. 1. Minimum Age: You must be 21 years of age or older to register an account or place any wager on baj9. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited without exception.
2. One Account Only: Each person may hold only one baj9 account regardless of the device, mobile number, or payment method used. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.
3. Personal Use Only: baj9 accounts are for personal recreational use only. Operating an account on behalf of another person, or permitting another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access baj9's gaming features you must register using your valid Bangladeshi mobile number. The following conditions apply from the moment of registration.

All financial transactions on baj9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). baj9 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile financial services, as well as bank transfer to selected Bangladeshi banks at baj9's discretion.

baj9 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts. The withdrawal destination must match the payment method used for the original deposit and must be registered in the account holder's name.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

baj9 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each offer is made.

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual bonus terms. 6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baj9. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a report to relevant authorities where required by law.

1. Any attempt to use baj9 to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes. baj9 is required to report suspicious financial activity to appropriate authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
2. Any form of collusion between players, including chip dumping, coordinated betting to manipulate odds, or any involvement in match fixing or spot fixing in sports betting markets.
3. The use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over baj9 or other players. baj9 uses automated detection and will suspend any account found to be using such tools.
4. Systematically exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts, fictitious wagers, or coordinated play that baj9 determines to be inconsistent with genuine recreational play. This constitutes bonus abuse and results in cancellation of all bonuses and suspension of the account.
5. Providing false identity, age, or payment information at registration or during any KYC verification request. Accounts opened with false information are closed immediately and all balances forfeited.

7. Responsible Gaming

3. Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct in connection with the account, whether or not formal charges have been filed.
4. Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder, or identification by baj9's responsible gaming team that the account holder may be experiencing problem gambling behaviour.

11. Amendments and Contact

baj9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, baj9 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders — for example by displaying a notice on the platform or sending a notification to the registered mobile number. Your continued use of baj9 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
